The work of MOC Radio is managed by a one-man board.
On the basis of the resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Association, Artur Kubaj is the President of the Association.
The Supervisory Board consists of three representatives of radio broadcasters,
chosen or indicated by its members.

Mariusz Bartkowicz
President of the Management Board, Chief Editor of Radio Kraków. Associated with the media, with short breaks, since 1993. He began his adventure as a press journalist. Currently, as a publicist, he also works with TVP3 Kraków. He is interested in socio-economic issues, with particular emphasis on issues related to the demographic ageing of

For over twenty years associated with the radio. Twice elected President of the Management Board of the Polish Radio Lublin (2006-2010 and currently since 2016). Director of the Lublin Governor’s Office (2000-2001), Director of the Lublin Mayor’s Office (2002-2006). Deputy editor-in-chief of Lublin Internet Television (2010-2013).
Postgraduate studies in administration and management at the Faculty of Law and Administration (UMCS). Author of popular science publications. Church historian.
