When using the Service, access logs with information about the IP address of the User’s end device are collected and analysed. The information obtained in this way is used for the administration of the Service and for statistical analyses of Users’ interactions with the Service. Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 18 item. 6 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and other applicable legal provisions, MOC RADIO may be obliged to provide state authorities with the IP addresses contained in the access logs.

The collected information (log files) helps to determine which subpages are visited most often, whether the structure of the Service does not contain errors, what web browsers are used and so on.
